Perfect location on the sea front. Breakfast buffet varied, cooked breakfast can be ordered too, all included, all in the dining room and terrace overlooking the harbour. Dinner at the restaurant (same dining area as breakfast) was top notch. Pasta with bottarga sauce was the best of that type I've ever tasted in Sicily. All the employees are attentive and offered an impeccable service, from the doorman, to the reception to the restaurant staff. The parking in a reserved area across the road from the hotel is a big plus (€15 per night). One thing to mention is that the rooms are well appointed and clean but are slightly dated (1990s?). Not that anything didn't work, and it didn't affect our enjoyment, but just to note.
Mediocre hotel. Hard bed and synthetic pillows. The bathroom sink did not drain. We reported it in the morning, and that evening on our return, their solution was to leave the plug pulled out on the side of the sink. 5 stars??? More like camping. Also, the beds are hard like cardboard and the pillows are synthetic. We have slept better at 3 star— but well loved and managed— hotels.
Wonderfull building, well kept heritage in the underground museum, comfy rooms, nice and friendly personnell, delicious breakfast with an unforgetable view, convenient parking. It has everything! Highly recommended!

Food & good, personale servizio. Best Beef in town (Entrecôte). Best italian (Tuscany and Sicilia) wines. Rooms ok, Suite to small. Butler Service on demand.

Cool is the connection by hotel boat to the private beach.
First time in Syracuse, or more accurately, the island of Ortigia. Absolutely loved the place. Hotel and staff were wonderful. Ate breakfast on the rooftop. Sunny November day, great food and a wonder view of the harbor. Will be back.
Excellent location. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop with many options and a fabulous view. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Our room was a duplex with very little space to store the luggage. Also having to run up and down a narrow flight of stairs might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Hotel recommended great places for dinner. Unfortunately hotel has no pool and no more private beach club.
Right in the beginning of the beach broadwalk, about 500 meters from the biggest piatza but overall a good location. Private spacious parking, amazing view from the hotel restaurant and well served breakfast with amazing coffee and good ambience for a morning cigarette for smokers. Enjoyed the stay, Siracusa and Sicilia in general very much, recommend without a doubt.
The stench of scented cleaning products and diffusers permeated every corner, even in my first room, 209. The second room, 16, was in the ground floor, with lots of elevator noise, but no smell. Otherwise a lovely place.
